Friday Appointment only
We do ask that you make an appointment with our staff so that we can provide you with a dedicated time frame to properly work through your selections and choices to best memorialize your pet without feeling rushed.
In response to COVID-19 we are taking every precaution to keep our staff and clients safe. We remain dedicated to memorializing the lives of beloved pets and strive to protect the wellbeing of our community. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
We are asking clients to please stay at home and make other arrangements to pick up your pet if you are ill.
Cancellation/No Show Policy for Appointments
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another client from picking up their pet. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us for any reason, including reasons beyond your control, we kindly ask that you notify us 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Appointments cancelled with less than 4 hours notice will be charged a $25 missed appointment fee.
